Comment: We stayed one night in Ft. Ransom and enjoyed every minute of it. Fran, the camper host, was really kind. She took us around to show us fantastic scenery and was very informative. The camp grounds were very nice, clean, quiet,and the scenic surroundings made the experience most lovely. The camper lots were all pull through and pretty level for gravel drivethroughs. They had a nice firepit and tables.

Comment: You have such a beautiful area for your rodeo arena. My question is, why don't you take better care of the ground? On the 4th of July, my daughter took a bad fall in the barrel racing because the shallow ground gave out around the barrel. Last evening, we attended a barrel race, and some girls would not even run their good barrel horses for fear of hurting them. One did fall, and no one could run their horse as they wished due the hard ground. Everyone was very dissappointed! With $4.00/gal fuel, we will not drive there again just to find out we can't even run our horses!

Comment: Ft Ransom is the most beautiful place to go. It doesn't matter what time of year it is. I grew up 11 miles from there by Verona and it was a second home. If you haven't been there your missing out. Strongly suggest going there! My Mother grew up in Fort. I love to visit every chance I get!!
